If your order was paid with a trial and you return your product by submitting an RMA before your 30-day trial period expires then we will not charge you any amount per item on your order in excess of the $9.95 shipping and processing fee. For each item on your order, a non-refundable $9.95 fee is applied.
If you chose the pay at once option for your order (not a trial) and you return your product by submitting an RMA before 30-days from the time of your order was placed, we will refund the amount charged to your credit card minus a non-refundable $9.95 shipping and processing fee. For each item on your order, a non-refundable $9.95 fee is applied.
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. All shipping costs of the product to customer are non-refundable.
1. Gather everything which was sent to you. 2. Create a USPS shipment (this can be done with PayPal). You must use USPS so that we can track your return package and make sure it's shipped. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. No other return shipping method is approved.

3. Take your USPS tracking number and your STZ Order ID (it was sent to you in an email when you purchased) and create an RMA on this page, then print out the RMA form. If you don't know your order number, you can find it here. 4. Mail all contents sent to you with your STZ order along with the printed RMA paper and mail it before your trial period ends.
All returns require an RMA number, which is generated from your order ID and the USPS Return tracking number which you supply.
Your return must be mailed before your 30-days from the time your order is shipped to you. We use the USPS tracking number you use to verify that your return is in the mail and on the way to us so that mail delays do not impact your return. Once we see that your item is shipped with USPS, an automated process will prevent further payment obligations.

Your successful return of the mouthpiece will cancel the balance due after your trial period. The shipping and handling fees of the trial offer are not refundable.
Having an RMA number does not guarantee you a successful return, you must mail your product back before your trial period ends with your RMA number.
For refunds, Stripe submits refunds to your customer's bank immediately. Depending on the bank's processing time, it can take anywhere from 5-10 business days to show up on your bank account. We do not refund the $9.95 for shipping and processing.
